  The conference emphasized Vietnam’s proactive engagement in international affairs, exemplified by its 2020 ASEAN Chairmanship and non-permanent membership of the United Nations Security Council (2020–2021).
  – Achievements: The conference provided policy recommendations to support Vietnam’s post-pandemic recovery, strengthen international integration, and advance sustainable development goals in line with the 2021–2030 Socio-Economic Development Strategy.
